Important Notes
- Carrier Unlock Required: Your device must be fully unlocked from any carrier to use Guac eSIM. Contact your carrier if you're unsure about your device's unlock status.
- Regional Variations: Some device models sold in specific regions (especially China) may not support eSIM. Check your device's settings for "Cellular" → "Add eSIM" or "Mobile Data" options.
- Software Updates: Ensure your device is running the latest operating system version for the best eSIM compatibility.
- Dual SIM: Most devices support using an eSIM alongside a physical SIM. Some newer iPhones (US models) support dual eSIM without a physical SIM slot.
- Smartwatch Limitations: Smartwatch eSIM support varies by carrier and region. Some features may require a compatible smartphone and carrier plan.
